Submitting a Custom Order
Submit design description and photo via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include the following:
•Shipping Zip Code (for shipping estimate)
•Image of artwork file
We do not clean up the images. Images must be print ready. It will be printed as is. Files should be 300 DPI or more, Files that are less than 300 DPI could produce low quality prints. Files we accept: SVG, EPS, Al, PSD, PDF, PNG & JPEG.
Please do not Reverse or Mirror Images, we will
do that for you.
•Preferred Size - We may assist in determining the best size for your image
•Color(s) - We try to match your image. We will let you know in advance if the color requires any alterations.
•Quantity of Transfers (Glitter, Rhinestones, Vinyl) 12+ (12 Transfer Minimum)
•Face Mask Transfers Must be a minimum of six (6) transfers.
A screen printed transfer (also known as a plastisol transfer) is an image which has been screen printed onto release paper. Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press. These prints are opaque with a white underlayer (so you cannot see through the colored areas and there is no color mutation concern), they lay on top of the fabric of the shirt. This is why you can use them on more colors and just about any fabric types. They offer the most application flexibility. They are more flexible and softer than printed htv and lots of other types of full color print options.
The standard transfer has a durable feel. It is the most versatile. This transfer may be used on light and dark cotton, polyester, poly blends, and more. Please let us know if you are seeking a different option and we will quote you accordingly.

Quote/Proof Turnaround Time
We will send your quote to you within 1-3 business days after receipt. Once you approve it, we will work with you to make any revisions and clarify quantity specifics. Once you have accepted the quote (estimate), you will be invoiced.
Production Turnaround Time
Upon receipt of your paid invoice, your design will be ready for production. Orders are produced manually. Please allow 7-10 business days before shipping. However, in some cases, we may process much sooner. Because the production is manual, we cannot offer a “rush” option at this time. The goal is to rapidly, but accurately, produce your layout using only products with consistent colors and strong adhesive characteristics.
You may choose to upgrade your shipping method. Tracking numbers will be provided. Once your package has been scanned by delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company.
At this time, we only ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories.
Custom designs will not be promoted without buyer's agreement.
Please use integrity and respect the policies of the artwork you purchase from other vendors.
You will be responsible for any designs used without owner's consent.
