💐What are screen print transfers?
A screen printed transfer (also known as a plastisol transfer) is an image which has been screen printed onto release paper. Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press. These prints are opaque with a white underlayer (so you cannot see through the colored areas and there is no color mutation concern), they lay on top of the fabric of the shirt. This is why you can use them on more colors and just about any fabric types. They offer the most application flexibility. They are more flexible and softer than printed htv and lots of other types of full color print options.
💐Where is my order?
Create an account online to track your order status! You will also receive an email with your tracking number. WE SHIP OUT WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS (Does not include weekends or holidays). We do have a backorder policy. Please read the info page prior to purchase.
💐Do you create custom work?
YES for some digital designs (SVG & PNG).
YES. For Transfers and Shirts, you must provide print ready artwork.

💐May we use the mockups provided?
Yes. PLEASE WATERMARK. Also please know that due to the nature of monitors, digital mockups, and the mock-up photography/editing process, the mockup shirt colors may not be exact true to color representations.
Please wait 24 hours to wash the graphic tees. Turn shirt inside out and wash on gentle cycle with COLD water. Please line dry or lay flat - IF you must use the dryer, tumble dry LOW HEAT
💐How do I apply transfers?
Please see the files provided in the file section of this group page. The most popular files are screen print, hot peel screen print, rhinestones, and vinyl. Instructions are listed under each item on the website as well.
💐My package was returned to shipper.
Please wait until tracking number shows delivered to shipper before contacting. Once tracking number shows your package has been delivered back to the shipper. Please send an email for link to pay redelivery fee and provide correct mailing address. email@example.com
💐Can I add to a previous order?

No. Orders may ship combined solely at our discretion only.
💐Can I get a discount for bulk purchase?
No for transfers and designs.

💐When will my order ship?
DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS FROM VENDORS, WHICH CAUSES DELAYS IN OUR PROCESSING. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.
Seasonal Holidays: Expect a MAJOR delay during the Christmas season.
Normally, your order will ship out within 5-7 business days, not to include weekends or Holidays.
~Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS. Please see USPS announcements regarding delays due to COVID-19.
~FIRST CLASS/USPS LETTER MAIL: Takes up to 7 business days. (This option does not provide any package insurance).
~PRIORITY MAIL: Takes 1-3 business days.
~PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: Takes 1-3 business days A.M delivery.
These listed timeframes start after our processing time of up to 7 business days.

💐Purchased digital files more than once?
While we understand mistakes are made, there will be no compensation for this. We may allow exchanges or credit (at our discretion).
💐I received my transfers damaged.
We have taken precautionary measures to help protect your items from wet weather conditions, by using plastic zip lock bags. However, we are not responsible for mishandled packages. Please contact USPS for mishandled packages.
💐My order has a tracking number with no movements.
Please understand that it is not in our hands and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between buyer and shipping company.
💐My order was cancelled, why?
Please ensure you were indeed charged for this order before reaching out. Most orders are cancelled for non-payment.
Contact your financial institution, we would not be able to tell you why a payment did not go through.
If have evidence of being charged while your order says cancelled, please ensure you are looking at the correct order, email all evidence, screenshots and transaction number showing payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
